New Customer?
Looking to book a reservation? Are you a registered client of ours? If not, in order to register we recommend visiting our facility before your stay. Tours are scheduled by appointment on Wednesdays and Sundays. If either of those days are unavailable, special arrangements can be made upon request. Coming in for a tour lets you see our accommodation options up close and help make your decision. There are several size options to choose the best fit for your pet. We also show you our indoor and outdoor play areas.
Our guest application and policies and procedures MUST be filled out and signed prior to booking your reservation. These forms can be found under the “About” tab and simply clicking on “Registration forms” from the drop down menu. An up to date copy of your pet’s vaccines must also be on file before a reservation can be made. Our requirements include: Rabies, DHPP (distemper), Bordetella (kennel cough) and a Negative Fecal result (tested within the last year).
We offer group play!
Group play is the opportunity for your pet to interact with other guests of similar size and temperament (breed restrictions apply). In order for your pet to participate in group play an evaluation must be done prior to our stay. We recommend doing this well in advance in case any special arrangements need to be made (i.e. failure to pass, second test needed, daycare recommended etc). Evaluations are scheduled on Wednesdays and Sundays by appointment. If either of those days are unavailable, special arrangements can be made upon request. Bringing in a guest prior to a board is a good opportunity to start getting familiar with the staff and facility.
Private Play.
If group play isn’t a recommended option, private play will be arranged. This does not change the boarding/daycare cost, and does not lessen the amount of play sessions and potty walks throughout the day. Private play is more suitable for guests who are dog aggressive, suffer from extreme anxiety etc. Private play guests are still required to do a meet & greet with the staff before a reservation can be made. Meet & greets are scheduled on Wednesdays and Sundays by appointment. If either of those days are unavailable, special arrangements can be made upon request. Bringing in a guest prior to a board is a good opportunity to start getting familiar with the facility.
