About Pampered Pets Hospitality Center

Since opening our doors in 2007, we at Pampered Pets Hospitality Center pride ourselves on providing a safe and clean environment for all. Whether participating in our group play environment or receiving special one on one time with the staff, all of our guests get the individual attention that they deserve.

Our guests enjoy the comforts of home in our 8,000 sq ft building which is climate controlled with our state of the art temperature monitoring system. We are immediately notified of a fire, smoke or if the temperature drops below or rises above the comfort level. The building is also equipped with CCTV (closed-circuit) which is monitored and recorded 24/7 for our guests’ added protection.

Our facility includes both indoor and outdoor play areas. Guests are taken outside to our additional 2,000 sq ft fenced-in play areas for fresh air, and potty breaks.

Our flooring is non-slip, non-absorbent rubber which is resistant to urine and other liquids. The flooring also helps reduce harmful pressure on your pets joints and paws resulting in less injuries and soreness. We use safe, natural, non-toxic cleaners.

Music is played throughout the building to help stimulate our guests minds and keep them happy and comfortable.

There is a staff member on the premises, even throughout the night. Our overnight attendant visit all guests during night hours.
